DatenUS is free to use. We pay for it by selling advertising directly to businesses. We do not use third-party ad networks, and ads are not targeted using your personal information. They are matched only to the location of the page you are viewing (its county or state), and each page view shows one eligible ad at random.
How ads are labeled
Every ad is labeled Sponsored. Links in ads are marked as sponsored for search engines. Ads never change the data we show: rankings, ratings, inspection results and statistics come only from the original public sources.
Ads we don't accept
We only accept ads that are lawful under federal law and in every state. We do not accept ads for:
- Gambling, sports betting, casinos or lottery ticket resellers
- Cannabis, CBD or THC products, tobacco or vaping products, or alcohol
- Firearms, ammunition or weapons
- Prescription drugs, or health claims not supported by evidence
- Adult content or dating services
- Payday loans, debt relief, credit repair, cryptocurrency investments or multi-level marketing
- Background checks, people search, tenant screening, employment screening, mugshot or arrest record sites, or any other consumer report as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Political or issue ads
- Housing ads that state or suggest a preference, limitation or discrimination based on a protected class
- Anything false or misleading, or that uses someone else's trademark without permission
DatenUS is not a consumer reporting agency. We do not run ads for background check, people search or tenant screening services, and housing ads must comply with the Fair Housing Act.
