About this dataset
This data set is a summary of status updates for customer certain customer service requests.
To improve the experience when submitting customer service requests, the City has published a new tracking dashboard that allows users to see the current status and update history when entering the Service Request Number.
This tracker is currently connected to the following types of customer service requests:
