This layer displays the footprint of
various structures associated with mainline and is described within the
descriptive text column of the feature class. It does not include pump
stations, vaults, or detention systems. Data source is DWW. polygon_plgn_pv
and uses the following query, (PLY_LIFECYCLE_CODE
