Right-of-way-permits that span one or more street blocks. A permit is expected to have only one GIS feature (line or point), but the data may have some anomalies.A permit is required to perform any construction work within the public right-of-way or any construction work outside of the public right-of-way that will cut, break, or otherwise damage the public right-of-way. The authoritative source for permit information is the Right-of-Way Management System (https://rowmanagement.dallascityhall.com/Login.aspx).
