Reported Crime by City

Crimes reported to the local police department, counted from the department's open data. Counts are not crime rates.

Cities count crime differently: some count each offense in a report, some count incidents, and some include non-crime calls such as welfare checks. Totals are not crime rates and should not be used to rank cities.
